JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal coming up for hearing, before the admission. There is no

representation on both sides on 27.10.2022, 24.11.2022 and earlier on 14.09.2022.

Similar situation has prevailed today also.

This matter has been posted under the caption "for dismissal", despite this,

there is no representation.

In the result, this Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no

order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
