ORDER:- (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar)

1)      The present application came to be filed, under Section

151 of C.P.C., seeking the following relief:


          "... to modify the Order passed in para 11 of the Oral
          Common Judgment, dated 02.11.2021 in W.P. No.
          21961 of 2020, wherein, the Hon'ble High Court
          granted three months time from the date of order of the
          Hon'ble High Court i.e., 02.11.2021 for complying its
          orders, whereas the Hon'ble High Court's Order was
          received by the respondents herein on 10.01.2022

only. Therefore, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant extension of time of 6 months from the date of receipt of the oral common judgment dated 02.11.2021 by the Respondents herein for compliance purpose and to pass such other order or orders ......"

2) Ms. T. Alekhya, Advocate, representing Sri. N. Harinath,

Assistant Solicitor General, submits that Respondents have

filed an application seeking some more time for

implementation of the Order even in Contempt Case. The

learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that, the

Respondents though sought six more months time for

implementation of the Order in Contempt Case, only three

months time was granted. It is brought to the notice of this

Court that, Contempt Case is posted to 09.12.2022.

3) Having regard to the above and taking into

consideration that six months, sought for by the Petitioners in

this Petition expired long time, no orders are required to be

passed in this Application. Accordingly, the Application is

dismissed. No order as to costs.

4) As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications

shall stand closed.
