TRR, J The present CMA No.368 of 2022 is filed against the dismissal order dated 24.08.2022 passed in I.A.No.674 of 2019 in O.S.No.191 of 2014 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Guntur, which was filed for setting aside the ex parte decree and judgment dated 27.02.2019 in the said original suit. An application for condonation of delay was also filed for condoning the delay of 111 days in filing the present I.A.No.674 of 2019 for setting aside the ex parte decree and the said application for condonation of delay was dismissed. Aggrieved by the said order, a Civil Revision Petition is filed, which is pending before this Court in some other bench.

Therefore, in order to avoid conflicting decisions, post this CMA No.368 of 2022 along with CRP No.2008 of 2022 after obtaining necessary orders from My Lord Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
