                     WRIT PETITION No.36033 of 2022

ORDER:-

          This Writ Petition for mandamus is filed to declare the

action of respondent 3 in suspending the authorization of the

petitioner, dated 25.04.2022, without completing the enquiry,

as contrary to the judgment of this Court in A.Neelima v. Joint

Collector, Kurnool,1 and consequently prayed to set aside the

impugned order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on

instructions, would submit that the matter was already reserved

for orders by the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector. Therefore, as

the matter was already reserved for orders, this Court is of the

considered view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of with a

direction to the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector to pass

appropriate orders, accordingly to law, in it and dispose of the

matter by fixing a time limit to that effect.

Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a

direction to respondent 2 - Joint Collector to pass appropriate

orders according to law in the matter that was reserved for

orders, within two weeks from the date of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ

Petition, shall stand closed.
