The petitioner/appellant, who is accused in Sessions Case

No.41 of 2019, was convicted for the offence punishable under

Section 302 I.P.C. by the Judge, Family Court-Cum-VII Additional

District and Sessions Court, Anantapuramu, vide Judgment dated

26.04.2021. Against the said judgment, the accused preferred

Criminal Appeal before this Court and it is pending.

The petitioner/appellant filed this I.A. seeking interim bail

for a limited period, pending disposal of the criminal appeal, on

the ground that his younger brother is getting married on

27.05.2022. The Wedding Invitation Card is also filed along with

this application.

Learned Public Prosecutor has not disputed the fact of the

petitioner's younger brother marriage.

Having regard to the facts stated above, the

petitioner/appellant shall be released on bail on 25.05.2022 for a

period of ten (10) days, on his executing personal bond for

Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands only) with two

sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial

First Class Magistrate at Uravakonda, Anantapuramu District.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Superintendent,

District Jail, Kadapa, on or before 5:00 p.m. on 03.06.2022.

Further, the petitioner is also directed to not to enter into the

Palthur Village and maintain tranquillity and serenity during the Sl. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE No.

above said period. If the Police found any violation of the

conditions, the bail will be automatically stands cancelled and

they are at liberty to take the petitioner into custody and produce

before the Jail Authorities.
