The petitioner/appellant, who is Accused No.1 in Cr.No.32

of 2012, was convicted for the offences punishable under

Sections 302, 201 read with 34 of I.P.C. by the X Additional

District and Sessions Judge, Gurazala in Sessions Case No.438 of

2012, dated 24.1.2018. Against the said judgment, the accused

preferred Criminal Appeal before this Court and it is pending.

The petitioner/appellant filed this I.A. seeking interim bail

for a limited period, pending disposal of the criminal appeal, on

the ground that there is a marriage in the house of the petitioner

on 26.05.2022. The Wedding Invitation Card is also filed along

with this application.

Learned Public Prosecutor has not disputed the fact of

marriage in the house of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts stated above, the

petitioner/appellant shall be released on bail on 20.05.2022 for a

period of two weeks, i.e., one week prior to the marriage and

one week after the marriage, on his executing personal bond for

Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands only) with two

sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the

X Additional Sessions Judge, Gurazala. The petitioner is directed

to surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison,

Rajahmundry, on or before 5:00 p.m. on 03.06.2022. Further,

the petitioner is also directed to maintain tranquillity and serenity Sl. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE No.

during the above said period. If the Police found any violation of

the conditions, the bail will be automatically stands cancelled and

they are at liberty to take the petitioner into custody and produce

before the Jail Authorities.
