JUDGMENT:-
Sri M.R.Tagore, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted a letter dated 22.02.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
"My client B.Sujatha, has filed a W.P.No.20186/2020
before the Hon'ble High Court seeking relief for relaxation of
age, for the post of Ph.Gr.II on contract post following the
notification dated 24.06.2020 and Hon'ble High Court also
directed to keep one post Ph.Gr.II as vacant by order dated
02.11.2020. While pending the writ petition, now following
the subsequent notification, the petitioner was selected and
appointed as Ph.Gr.II by Proc. Dated 06.02.2022 and
presently working. Further my client requested through letter
dated 22.02.2022 to withdraw the above writ petition.
Therefore for the above stated reasons, please direct
the concerned posting section to list the above
W.P.No.20186/2020 for withdrawal in tomorrow."
Learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family
Welfare and learned Government Pleader for Services-III have no
objection.
In view of the letter dated 22.02.2022, the Writ Petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
