No. NOTE
1. 27.07.2022 DR, J
Present Writ Petition is filed assailing
the order dated 21.07.2022 of the 3rd
respondent, without any notice and without
giving the opportunity of being heard.
Contention of the petitioners is that the impugned notice is contrary to the directions of this Court in the earlier Writ Petition and against the principles of natural justice, since no notice was served on the petitioners, nothing was recorded and the claim of the petitioner's was not considered in perspective manner. Though the petitioners made the representation, based on the continuous possession of dwelling houses, but the same was not considered properly and rejected the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further contended that the subject property is Grama Kantam Land and the respondents have no authority in Grama Kantam Land as observed by this Court in catena of judgments.
Considering the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to interfere and not to proceed further pursuant to the order dated 21.07.2022.
