ORAL JUDGMENT Dt:22.07.2022

(per Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ)

This intra-court appeal is preferred against the interim order dated

22.06.2022 passed by learned single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in

W.P.No.16893 of 2022.

2. The interim order passed by learned single Judge reads as follows:

"Since an innocuous prayer has been made seeking a

direction for consideration of the representation dated

15.05.2022 made to the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is

directed to take necessary action on the same, within a

period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of

this order.

List this case after four (4) weeks."

3. Plain reading of the order under challenge would reveal that the

learned single Judge has not decided any issue involved in the writ

petition by way of interim relief. This writ appeal is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. All pending

miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
