Civil Revision Petition No. 5020 of 2014

O R D E R:-

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order

dated 13.11.2014 in I.A.No.827 of 2013 in O.S.No.273 of

2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem.

02. On 08.07.2022, this Court called for the report from the

Principal District Judge, West Godavari, with regard to the

status of the suit. Accordingly, the learned Principal District

Judge, Eluru, sent a Report dated 12.07.2022, wherein it is

stated that the suit in O.S.No.273 of 2012 on the file of the

Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, was disposed of by decree

and judgment dated 21.03.2022.

03. The Report of the learned Principal District Judge, Eluru,

is placed on record.

04. In view of the factual position, the present Civil Revision

Petition has become infructuous.

05. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as

infructuous.

06. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall

stand closed.
