JUDGMENT:-
Sri T.V.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the petitioners has
submitted a letter dated 13.07.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-
"The writ petitioner through letter dated 08.07.2022
instructed me to withdraw the writ petition. Hence I request
your Honour to direct the registry to post the W.P.No.47257 of
2018 under the caption "For withdrawal" in the cause list, so
as to enable me to pursue the matter."
Sri T.V.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits
that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
