JUDGMENT :

Pursuant to the letter dated 24.01.2022 addressed by

Sri S.M.Rafee, learned counsel for the appellant to the

Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for

withdrawal', the present appeal is posted under the caption

'for withdrawal'. A reading of the contents of the letter

would show that the parties have settled the matter out of

Court and the appellant seeks permission of the Court to

withdraw the appeal. The same is not objected to, by Sri

P.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent. Hence,

permission, as sought for, is accorded, and the appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, interim orders, if

any, shall stand vacated.

No order as to costs of the appeal.
