Petition under Section 397(1) of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated
in the memorandum of grounds filed in Criminal Revision Case, the High Court may be
pleased to grant interim suspension of Judgment and Sentence of Conviction rendered
by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothapeta, dated. 15-02-2018 in C.C.No.574 of
2011 as confirmed by the court of the Il Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari at
Amalapuram, dated.18-01-2022 in Criminal Appeal No. 87 of 2018, during the pendency
of the Criminal Revision Case in the interest of justice, pending disposal of CRLRC No.
52 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K Jyothi Prasad,
Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.2, the
court made the following;

ORDER:

"Heard.

The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner alone is suspended pending disposal of the criminal revision case on condition of

petitioner depositing 10% of the cheque amount within four weeks."
