Heard Sri N.Saida Rao, learned counsel for the appellant.

The following substantial questions of law arise for consideration in this Second Appeal:
1) Whether the Judgment of the lower appellate Court in dismissing the appeal while holding that the plaintiff has no objection to offer religious prayers without any musical instruments with loud noise is sustainable or not without any such observations of natural rights ?
2) Whether granting the decree in favour of the respondent/plaintiff without such observations and guidelines of Hon'ble Apex Court are liable to be set aside ?
List the matter during 2nd weeks of March, 2022.
