Mr. R. V. S. N. Varma, learned counsel representing Mr. Eswar

Prasad A., learned counsel for respondents 2 & 3 submits that the writ

petitioners paid Rs.80,000/- on 27.08.2021 and Rs.14,75,582/- on

11.01.2022 and thus, discharged the entire debt due to the respondents

2 & 3 - Bank and that the matter has been finally settled.

2. There is no representation for the petitioners.

3. In view of the submission made on behalf of respondents 2 & 3,

the matter has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
