CRIMINAL PETITION NO.13492 OF 2013 ORDER:-
Heard Sri Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the
petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the
State.
2. The present Criminal Petition came to be filed, seeking
quashing of proceedings in Crl.M.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of
Junior Civil Judge-cum-Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First
Class at Anantapur.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought
to the notice of the Court that the trial in the said case is
over.
4. Having regard to the above, the question of entertaining
this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. at this stage
will not arise, leaving it open to the petitioners to raise all the
grounds before the trial Court the present petition is
disposed off. It is needless to mention that, in case, the
matter get adjourned before the trial Court, the presence of
the petitioners is dispensed with on those dates except on the
date of judgment.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
