I.A.No1 of 2022 This application is filed to grant stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of judgment and decree dated 11.04.2014 in O.S.No.65 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, Kurnool District as confirmed by the judgment and decree dated 02.12.2021 in A.S.No.26 of 2014 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni.

The suit is for partition. The Trial Court partly decreed the suit and on appeal against the same, the Appellate Court partly allowed the appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to take out personal service of notice to the respondents by RPAD and file proof thereof.

Post the matter on 24.03.2022. In the meanwhile, interim stay is granted to the extent of passing final decree only, but the other proceedings may go on.
