W.P.No.3671 of 2022 Notice before admission. Though the impugned order was passed in November, 2020, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court where the period of limitation is extended from time to time, the petitioner is not precluded from filing the writ petition.
The same is seriously opposed by Sri S.A.V.Sai Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Commercial Tax, stating that the Court cannot entertain the writ petition at this length of time more so, when the petitioner has an alternative remedy wherein he can raise all the issues which are now raised in this writ petition and as such, seeks some time to bring on record all the material facts including the maintainability of the writ petition at this length of time by way of a counter.
