An objection came to be raised by Sri Gudapati Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the 1st respondent, to the effect that the leave sought for by the appellant for filing the appeal cannot be entertained in view of Section 96 C.P.C. At this stage, Sri Dandugula Satya Siva Darshan, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks a week's time to place on record the judgments in support of his plea.
