JUDGMENT:

Sri Y. Jagadeeswara Rao, learned Special Assistant Public

Prosecutor, representing the learned Public Prosecutor reported

that he filed a memo in the Registry along with death certificate

of appellant who died. As verified the copy of death certificate,

the appellant died.

Under these circumstances, the appeal is 'dismissed as

abated'.

As a sequel miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall

stand closed.
