JUDGMENT:-

Identified Cases".

      On 09.12.2022, the following order was passed:-

      "Ms. K.V.Ramani, representing Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana
     Reddy,   standing    counsel   for   4th    respondent/GVMC

represents that the amount, for payment of which the writ petition has been filed, has been paid to the petitioner. Mrs. R.Sudha representing the petitioner's counsel prays for and is granted one week time to obtain instructions on the aforesaid point from the petitioners. Post on 16.12.2022."

Sri P.Chandra Sekhara Reddy, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that the amount has been paid to the

petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is closed.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
