forthwith call for the lower Court record in the suit as

well as the counter claim.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner

further submitted that the appeal in A.S.No.184 of 2018

preferred by the defendant against the judgment, dated

20.09.2018, passed in O.S.No.75 of 2009 on the file of

the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, is pending

on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge,

Machilipatnam.
