         HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SUBBA REDDY SATTI

             CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.9 of 2016


JUDGMENT:

When the appeal was listed on 01.07.2022, 15.07.2022

and 17.08.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the

appellant. Hence, the matter was listed today under the

caption "for dismissal". Even today also, there is no

representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the

appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the appeal.

In view of the same, the civil miscellaneous appeal is

dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous

applications shall stand closed.
