ORDER:-

           This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking to direct the respondents to delete the lands in Sy.No.75 of

Komamdi Village, Visakhapatnam District, from prohibitory list as per the

guidelines issued in GO.Ms.No.279 dated 4.7.2016.

2. Heard both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the case is taken up, the learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the judgment of

the learned Single Judge of this High Court in WP.No.6597 of 2022 dated

21.7.2022. Hence, this Writ Petition may also be disposed in terms of

the orders passed in WP.No.6597 of 2022 dated 21.7.2022.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel for

the petitioner, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders

passed in WP.No.6597 of 2022 dated 21.7.2022.

5. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order passed in

WP.No.6597 of 2022 dated 21.7.2022 to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall

stand closed.
