A perusal of the complaint would go to show that no specific allegations are made against the petitioners who are Accused No. 1, 3 and 5 and further that the ingredients will not attract section 306 IPC as held by the Apex Court in catena of judgment. Hence, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in Cr.No.39 of 2022 on the file of the Narpala Police Station, Ananthapuram District for a period of eight weeks.
Post this case after four (4) weeks.
