Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 filed this application to vacate the interim order granted in I.A.No.2 of 2021, dated 05.10.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.

Learned counsel for the respondents contends that on 05.10.2021, this Court passed an interim order to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 26.07.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No.27 of 2020 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa on a condition of petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.42,000/- (Rupees forty two thousand only) towards arrears and Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) towards compensation within six weeks from that day.

Learned counsel for the respondents contends that the amount have been deposited by the petitioner herein and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the said amount by the 1st respondent.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, the 1st respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the said amount. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
