                            Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted
                   that as per the Revenue Records, the subject
                   property to an extent of Ac.1.70 cents and Ac.0.30
                   cents covered by Sy.Nos. 42 and 43, situated within
                   the limits of Ongole Municipal Corporation of
                   Prakasam District, are classified as Poramboke
                   land and without changing the             classification, the
                   respondents are trying to convert the same as

Burial Ground, which is contrary to the observations made by this court in catena of judgments.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the Revenue Records filed along with the Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to proceed further in pursuance to the proceedings in Rc.No.E1/298050/2021 dated 9.9.2021.

Post this case after one week. Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to file counter.
