Heard Sri D.V.Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed the Order in W.P.No.14567 of 2019 which was allowed by this Court on 25.09.2019. He further submits that the writ appeal preferred by the State against the said order was dismissed and placed the judgment dated 16.09.2021 passed in Writ Appeal No.456 of 2021 and batch. Referring to the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to pass orders in this writ petition in tune with the orders passed in W.P.No.14567 of 2019.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I sought time to get written instructions in this regard.
