      THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SUBBA REDDY SATTI

                     APPEAL SUIT No.166 of 2006

JUDGMENT:

Though the appeal was listed under the caption "for

dismissal", there was no representation on behalf of

appellant. The matter underwent several adjournments from

29.03.2022, 06.04.2022, 11.04.2022, 13.04.2022 and

19.04.2022.

Since the appellant is not interested to prosecute the

appeal, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications

shall stand closed.
