                   WRIT PETITION No.11563 of 2021

JUDGMENT:-

      Sri R.Gopala Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted a letter dated 18.04.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,

Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:

             "The above Writ Petition was filed questioning the

      action of the respondents in not considering the case of the

petitioner for appointment as Assistant Professor.

Subsequent to filling the writ petition he was appointed

against the subsequent vacancy. Hence I want to withdraw

the present WP.

Hence I request you sir to list the above case for

WITHDRAWAL in tomorrow's case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ

petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-IV has no

objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
