Mr. J. Saraschandra Babu, learned counsel, representing Mr. Rayaprolu Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has filed Appeal Suit No.185 of 2021 against the same judgment and the decree prepared out of the judgment which is also under challenge in the present petition. Thus, prayer was made to hear both the cases together.

2. Having considered the matter, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter be listed on 27.04.2022, when the present case would be listed along with Appeal Suit No.185 of 2021.

3. Pleadings, if any, required to be completed, be done so latest by 25.04.2022.
