JUDGMENT:

The appeal was listed on 21.02.2022 and since there

was no representation on behalf of appellant either in

Forenoon or in Afternoon, the appeal was directed to be listed

on 02.03.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". The appeal

was listed on 02.03.2022, 07.03.2022, 09.03.2022,

15.03.2022, 23.03.2022, 29.03.2022, 06.04.2022 and

11.04.2022. There was no representation on behalf of the

appellant on any of the above occasions.

Since the appellant is not interested to prosecute the

appeal, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications

shall stand closed.
