the respondent/writ petitioner.
By the judgment under assailment, the learned single Judge, while holding the charges being established, modified the order of compulsory retirement as imposed by the disciplinary authority, by substituting the same with punishment of two increments with cumulative effect.
Ms. Y. Mahalakshmi submitted that the respondent/writ petitioner has already retired from service in the year 2020.
Issue notice, returnable on 16.11.2021. Till then, order of the learned single Judge shall remain suspended.
Having regard to the subject matter of dispute, an attempt will be made to dispose of the writ appeal on 16.11.2021.
