                APPEAL SUIT No.265 of 2019

JUDGMENT:

Sri K.Naga Raju, learned counsel appearing for Sri

V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant

submits that the matter is settled out of the Court and the

appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal and a memo to that

effect has also been filed before this Court.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
