The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioners/A1 and A2 in judgment dated 07.09.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.229 of 2017 on the file of learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Nellore, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in judgment dated 13.05.2017 in C.C.No.C.C.No.9 of 2016 on the file of learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioners surrenderring before learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, SPSR District and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, SPSR District.
