               CRIMINAL APPEAL No.1061 OF 2016
JUDGMENT:-

      Learned Counsel for the appellant had filed a letter, dated

13.09.2021

, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by

the appellant to withdraw the appeal as he was released from jail

on 12.09.2021 after completion of sentence of six years.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For

Withdrawal".

In view of the withdrawal letter dated 13.09.2021, this

criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed.
