        THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.VENKATA RAMANA

                SECOND APPEAL No.277 of 2021

JUDGMENT:

Since I.A.No.3 of 2021 is allowed permitting the appellant

and the respondent to enter into compromise in terms of the

compromise document dated 15.07.2021, this second appeal is

dismissed. No costs.

2. The original compromise document dated 15.07.2021 shall

be a part of this order.

3. Registry shall issue certified copy of this judgment along

with certified copy of this joint compromise document dated

15.07.2021.

4. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, stand closed.
