ORDER:
In similar circumstances, this Court had disposed of
W.P.No.10004 of 2021 and batch on 24.08.2021. The operative
portion of the judgment reads as follows:

The I.As. shall be disposed of along with the main O.As. wherein the issue of maintainability of the above O.As. shall be decided along with the merits of the main case after a full fledged enquiry into the main O.As."
Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of setting
aside the orders passed in I.A.No.1153 of 2019 in O.A.No.527 of
2019 on the file of the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Amaravati at
Pedakakani and remanding the same to the Endowments
Tribunal.
The I.A. shall be disposed of along with the main O.A.
wherein the issue of maintainability of the above O.A. shall be
decided along with the merits of the main case, after a full-
fledged enquiry into the main O.A.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
