learned counsel for the appellant in both the appeals, on 2.9.2021

to withdraw both the appeals, the matters are listed today under

the caption "For withdrawal".

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw both the appeals.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, both F.C.A.No.30 of 2019 and C.M.A.No.62 of

2019 are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to

costs.
