               APPEAL SUIT No.1163 of 2017

JUDGMENT:

In view of the letter dated 17.09.2021 given by the

learned counsel for the appellants and in view of the submission

made by Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the

appellants that the appellants wishes to withdraw the appeal

suit.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
