                        The instructions given to the learned
                  Government Pleader show that the promotion               .


                  order issued to the petitioner clearly states
                  that it is purely temporary, liable for reversion
                  without notice and it does not confer any right
                  on him to seek regular appointment. Apart
                  from that it is stated that the rank list
                  communicated      by   the   APPSC     after    the
                  judgment dated 14.7.2021 of the Hon'ble
                  Supreme Court of India, in Contempt Petition
                  No. 1700 of 2017 in Civil Appeal No.5099 of
                  2006 lead to formulation of the new rank list
                  communicated by the APPSC. Hence, the
                  impugned order was passed.
                        This matter requires counter affidavit.
                  No interim order is granted.
