JUDGMENT:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of

order dated 27-04-2018 in W.P.No. 15463 of 2018.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the

petitioner has submitted that after filing of the contempt case, the

respondents have complied with the order of this Court and

therefore he requests this Court to close the present contempt

case.

3. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the

petitioner, the contempt case is closed. Pending miscellaneous

applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
