Learned Counsel for the respondents has relied on the issue with regard to commencement of trial as per the ratio decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Baldev Singh and Others vs. Manohar Singh and another reported in 2006 (6) Supreme Court Cases 498 at paragraph no.17 and in Aditya Motors, Rep. by its P.D. Prasad vs. Dogiparthi Venkata Satish and Others reported in 2019 SCC OnLine AP 94 at paragraph no.37. Learned Counsel for the petitioner requests some time to submit the relevant judgments.
