The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/accused in the judgment dated 18.10.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No.366 of 2018 by the Special Judge cum IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, Guntur District, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in calendar and judgment dated 10.09.2018 passed in C..C.No.244 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Guntur, Guntur District, alone is suspended pending the revision case.

The petitioner/accused shall be enlarged on bail on execution of self bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of the the Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Guntur.
