JUDGMENT:

Sri A. Srinivas Rao, learned counsel appearing for

Sri M.V.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant

submits that the matter has been settled out of the court and

the appellant desires to withdraw the appeal. A memo to that

effect also been filed on 12.07.2020.

2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed.
