There shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 07.05.2021 passed in O.S.No.317 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, on condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the decretal amount and costs in full within four (4) weeks from date, for a period of eight (8) weeks or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
