                Contempt Case No.1078 of 2021

JUDGMENT:

Sri M.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the

respondents, would submit, as stated in the counter-affidavit,

that the order of this Court is complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes that the

order of this Court is now complied with as stated in the

counter-affidavit.

Therefore, recording the aforesaid submissions of both the

learned counsel, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also

stand closed.
