JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant and Sri K. Madhava Reddy, learned

standing counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the impugned

order and decree passed by the A.P Endowments Tribunal, Amaravati at

Pedakakani, in OA.No.628 of 2016 dated 09.05.2018, has been enforced and

nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal and the appeal has become

infructuous.

Recording the said submissions, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
