The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioner/accused in judgment dated 11.02.2020 in Criminal Appeal No.231 of 2017 on the file of learned Special Judge for Trial of cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989 -cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari, Eluru which was imposed in judgment dated 17.06.2017 in C.C.No.369 of 2015 on the file of learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise), Eluru, alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise), Eluru and on such surrender, petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise), Eluru.
