The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioner/accused in judgment dated 01.04.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.216 of 2019 on the file of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore which was imposed in judgment dated 17.06.2019 in C.C.No.100 of 2018 on the file of learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Nellore, alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Nellore and on such surrender, petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Nellore.
